Xinhai Revolution Centennial Commemoration Week

The Chinese Consulate-General in Vancouver and other groups are holding various events to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution. The week starting on Sep 2, 2011 is named the Xinhai Revolution Centennial Commemoration Week.

The Chinese Cultural Centre Museum and Archives is holding an exhibition on the Xinhai Revolution through September. The Museum is located at 555 Columbia Street, Vancouver.

2011 Alumni Homecoming Day

From SPCC Community Relations Office:

"This year's Homecoming Day is scheduled on 17 December 2011 (Saturday) pm, and classes whose graduating years ending in "2" or "7" and also those classes ending in "1" or "6" who missed the 2010 event last December are welcome to participate. This is the day to return to the red brick building, reconnect with old classmates and reminisce about treasured moments at your alma mater."
